Thank you for choosing Whimsical Vacations with Aashly. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are estimates only and do not guarantee availability or pricing until a reservation is confirmed with payment.

  • Prices are per person, in US Dollars, and are based on specific travel dates. Any changes to travel dates may result in price fluctuations.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time due to supplier or government-imposed increases, including after full payment is received. This includes fuel surcharges, taxes, and other fees.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • No space is held until a deposit or full payment is made and confirmed in writing.

  • Prompt booking and payment are essential to secure the quoted rate and availability.

  • Quotes are only valid at the time they are given and are not guaranteed without payment.

3. Role as Agent

Whimsical Vacations with Aashly acts solely as an independent booking agent for cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel service providers (“Suppliers”). We do not own or operate these services and therefore cannot guarantee their performance.

We are not liable for:

  • Supplier errors, cancellations, or service failures;

  • Acts or omissions of Suppliers that cause injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience;

  • Any issues arising from the Supplier's policies, terms, or conditions.

4. Airline & Travel Policies

  • Airline schedules and policies are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for missed connections, schedule changes, or penalties imposed by airlines for flights not issued by us.

  • Travelers are responsible for adhering to all baggage, check-in, and travel policies of the airline and other carriers.

5. Entry, Health & Documentation Requirements

  • You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all entry, transit, visa, passport, health, and safety requirements for your destination(s), including any COVID-19 or vaccination mandates.

  • Passports must generally be valid for six months beyond your return date. Rules vary by country and may change at any time.

  • We will not be held liable for denied boarding or entry due to inadequate or incorrect documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays, and baggage loss.

  • You understand that most policies may not cover pandemics, epidemics, or travel advisories, and it is your responsibility to read and understand your policy.

  • By declining travel insurance, you agree to hold Whimsical Vacations with Aashly harmless for any loss, inconvenience, or denied insurance claim.

7. Booking Errors and Client Responsibility

  • Client is responsible for providing accurate traveler information, including full legal names (as listed on government-issued ID/passport), birthdates, and travel dates.

  • Whimsical Vacations with Aashly is not liable for errors or fees resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

  • Any corrections, change fees, or rebookings due to client error will be at the client's sole expense.

8. Payment Terms

  • All bookings require payment as specified in your invoice. Failure to meet deadlines may result in cancellation or forfeiture of services.

  • Final payment due dates are set by Suppliers, and late payments may lead to automatic cancellations without refund.

9. Supplier Cancellations & Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for acts of nature, pandemics, government actions, strikes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or any force majeure events that delay or cancel travel.

  • Any claims, disputes, or refunds related to cancellations must be made directly with the Supplier. We will assist to the best of our ability but do not issue refunds for services not provided by us.

10. Right to Correct Errors

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing, typographical, or informational errors and omissions, including after a booking is confirmed. You will be notified of any changes promptly.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By authorizing Whimsical Vacations with Aashly to book travel services on your behalf, you agree to:

  • These Terms and Conditions;

  • All applicable Supplier Terms & Conditions, including cancellation policies and payment schedules.

DISCLAIMER

Whimsical Vacations with Aashly is not responsible for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from third-party travel services, including but not limited to:

  • Delayed or canceled flights;

  • Hotel overbookings;

  • Cruise itinerary changes;

  • Lost baggage;

  • Visa or documentation issues.

You assume all risks associated with travel and agree to release Whimsical Vacations with Aashly from all liability beyond the role of a booking agent.
