Thank you for choosing Curated by Aashly Travel Co. Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully. By requesting travel services, submitting an inquiry, approving a quote, completing a form, submitting payment, signing electronically, or otherwise engaging the services of Curated by Aashly Travel Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Agency Role
Curated by Aashly Travel Co., operated by Aashly Santiago, is an independent travel business affiliated with Archer Travel / Evolution Travel.
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and independent third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, excursion companies, travel protection providers, booking platforms, and other travel vendors, collectively referred to as “Suppliers.”
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. does not own, operate, manage, or control these Suppliers and cannot guarantee their performance, policies, availability, pricing, service standards, or actions.
2. Third-Party Supplier Responsibility
All travel services are provided by independent third-party Suppliers. Curated by Aashly Travel Co. is not responsible or liable for any acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbookings, schedule changes, itinerary changes, service interruptions, denied boarding, denied entry, supplier bankruptcy, supplier insolvency, supplier default, or service failures caused by or related to any Supplier.
Supplier terms, conditions, rules, policies, penalties, and restrictions apply to all travel bookings and may vary by Supplier.
3. Professional Fees, Research Fees, Planning Fees, Processing Fees & Wholesale Access Fees
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. may charge professional fees, research fees, planning fees, consultation fees, processing fees, wholesale access fees, airfare processing fees, wholesale processing fees, or other service-related fees in connection with travel planning, quoting, research, itinerary preparation, supplier coordination, booking assistance, wholesale platform access, reservation processing, or administrative services.
These fees are separate from the cost of travel and are not applied toward the remaining travel balance unless expressly stated in writing.
All research, planning, processing, wholesale access, and service-related fees are non-refundable once paid. Payment of these fees covers professional time, service, access, research, preparation, supplier coordination, processing, and/or administrative work performed, regardless of whether the client ultimately books, modifies, cancels, declines, or completes the trip.
Payment of a professional fee, processing fee, wholesale access fee, or wholesale processing fee does not guarantee final pricing, availability, upgrades, specific room categories, specific cabin categories, bedding configurations, supplier approval, reservation completion, or booking confirmation.
Travel pricing and availability are dynamic and may change at any time until the required supplier payment has been successfully processed and the booking has been officially confirmed by the travel supplier.
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. is not responsible for any price increases, changes in availability, expired rates, supplier-imposed changes, payment processing delays, booking delays, or loss of availability that occur before all required payments, forms, traveler information, and documentation have been completed and official confirmation has been issued by the travel supplier.
4. Wholesale Booking Process & Separate Charges
When a wholesale booking process is used, the client understands that there may be two separate charges related to the reservation:
✓ Curated by Aashly Travel Co. via Square
This charge is for the Non-Refundable Wholesale Processing Fee or other agency-related professional/service fee.
✓ EVO Plus / Travel Supplier
This is the separate supplier payment required to complete and confirm the actual travel reservation.
The Non-Refundable Wholesale Processing Fee is not the travel booking payment and does not constitute a confirmed reservation. This fee is separate from the cost of travel, is not applied toward the remaining travel balance, and is non-refundable once paid.
The travel reservation is not confirmed until the required supplier payment has been completed, all required documentation has been received, and official confirmation has been issued by the travel supplier.
By submitting payment for any professional fee, processing fee, wholesale access fee, or wholesale processing fee, the client acknowledges and agrees that the fee is non-refundable, separate from the cost of travel, and required before Curated by Aashly Travel Co. may begin or continue the applicable service or booking process.
5. Quotes, Pricing & Availability
All quotes are estimates only and do not guarantee pricing, availability, room categories, cabin categories, inclusions, promotions, or supplier approval.
Prices are generally quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time due to Supplier policies, taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, government-imposed charges, inventory changes, promotion expiration, or other factors outside the control of Curated by Aashly Travel Co.
Quotes are valid only at the time provided and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until the reservation is booked, payment is processed, and official confirmation is issued by the travel supplier.
6. Booking Confirmation
No reservation is considered confirmed until all required payments have been successfully processed, all required forms and traveler information have been received, and official confirmation has been issued by the travel supplier.
A quote, proposal, invoice, itinerary draft, email, text message, or payment of an agency fee does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Prompt payment and timely completion of all required forms are strongly encouraged to reduce the risk of price changes, expired quotes, or loss of availability.
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. is not responsible for any price changes, expired rates, loss of availability, supplier-imposed changes, or booking delays that occur before the supplier booking has been completed and officially confirmed.
7. Payments & Authorization
By providing payment information, completing a Credit Card Authorization Form, submitting payment, or otherwise approving payment, you authorize Curated by Aashly Travel Co. to process approved travel-related payments and/or submit payment information to third-party Suppliers, booking platforms, or travel service providers as necessary to complete your requested travel arrangements.
Charges may appear under Curated by Aashly Travel Co., Square, EVO Plus, the travel supplier, the booking platform, or another third-party travel provider depending on the type of payment being processed.
You agree to review all invoices, authorization forms, payment amounts, due dates, traveler details, and booking details carefully before submitting payment or payment authorization.
You also agree not to dispute legitimate charges that are consistent with approved travel arrangements, signed authorization forms, submitted payment approvals, invoices, or supplier booking requirements.
Failure to submit required payments, authorization forms, traveler information, or documentation by the requested deadline may result in price changes, loss of availability, expired quotes, cancellation, supplier penalties, or forfeiture of funds according to supplier policies.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree to contact Curated by Aashly Travel Co. directly at aashly@aashlysantiago.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized, improper, or unjustified chargebacks may constitute a breach of this agreement. You may be responsible for any associated fees, collection costs, attorney fees, administrative costs, or other expenses incurred by Curated by Aashly Travel Co. in responding to or resolving the dispute.
9. Client Responsibility & Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete traveler information, including but not limited to full legal names exactly as they appear on government-issued identification, dates of birth, contact information, passport information, loyalty numbers, known traveler numbers, and all other requested details.
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. is not responsible for errors, denied boarding, denied entry, cancellations, penalties, rebooking costs, or fees resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or delayed information supplied by the client.
Any costs associated with correcting client-provided errors are the responsibility of the client.
10. Review of Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all confirmations, itineraries, invoices, tickets, travel documents, names, dates, destinations, room categories, cabin categories, flight details, payment schedules, cancellation penalties, and travel details immediately upon receipt.
Any discrepancies or errors must be reported to Curated by Aashly Travel Co. within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
Failure to notify Curated by Aashly Travel Co. within this timeframe may constitute acceptance of the documents as issued.
11. Airline, Cruise Line & Travel Provider Policies
Airline schedules, routes, equipment, seat assignments, baggage policies, boarding requirements, and operational procedures are subject to change without notice.
Cruise line itineraries, ports of call, embarkation times, disembarkation times, onboard policies, health protocols, and operational procedures are also subject to change without notice.
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. is not responsible for missed connections, schedule changes, airline-imposed penalties, cruise line changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, denied entry, baggage fees, baggage delays, or flights not issued directly through the agency.
Travelers are responsible for complying with all airline, cruise line, hotel, resort, transportation provider, and Supplier requirements.
12. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Supplier.
Additional fees, penalties, fare differences, cancellation charges, or rebooking costs may apply.
Refunds, if available, are issued solely according to Supplier policies and timelines. Curated by Aashly Travel Co. cannot guarantee refunds, refund amounts, refund eligibility, or refund processing timelines.
Agency fees, including but not limited to research fees, planning fees, processing fees, wholesale access fees, wholesale processing fees, airfare processing fees, and other service-related fees, remain non-refundable once paid.
If a client chooses to cancel or modify travel arrangements, Curated by Aashly Travel Co. is not responsible for any Supplier penalties, non-refundable payments, expired credits, loss of promotions, fare differences, or additional costs imposed by the Supplier.
13. Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation, including but not limited to passports, visas, REAL ID-compliant identification, health documentation, vaccination records, travel authorizations, parental consent forms, and any destination-specific entry or exit requirements.
Passports are generally recommended to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return travel date. Some destinations may require different validity periods.
Entry, exit, visa, passport, health, and identification requirements may change at any time. Curated by Aashly Travel Co. is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, missed travel, cancellation, penalties, or travel disruptions due to improper, incomplete, expired, or missing documentation.
14. Special Requests
Requests such as bedding configurations, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, nearby rooms, specific cabin or room locations, dietary accommodations, celebrations, accessibility requests, upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, or other preferences are requests only and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed directly by the Supplier in writing.
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. may submit special requests on your behalf, but fulfillment is at the sole discretion of the Supplier.
15. Health, Safety & Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, accidents, weather disruptions, political unrest, natural disasters, supplier changes, transportation disruptions, government actions, pandemics, and other unforeseen circumstances.
You voluntarily assume all travel-related risks and agree that Curated by Aashly Travel Co. is not responsible for losses, damages, expenses, injuries, interruptions, or disruptions arising from such risks except where prohibited by law.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any health, safety, mobility, medical, or destination-specific travel requirements before and during travel.
16. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers and has been made available.
Travel insurance may help protect against certain covered risks, including cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, baggage issues, supplier default, or other covered events, depending on the policy purchased.
If you decline travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility for all losses, costs, cancellations, interruptions, medical expenses, supplier default, delays, missed connections, and other travel-related expenses not otherwise covered.
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. does not determine insurance coverage, approve claims, deny claims, or guarantee claim outcomes. Insurance coverage and claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.
17. Supplier Default or Bankruptcy
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. is not responsible for the financial condition, bankruptcy, insolvency, default, closure, or failure of any Supplier.
Any refunds, credits, reimbursements, or remedies related to Supplier default or bankruptcy are subject to the Supplier’s policies, applicable law, insurance coverage, or other third-party protections available to the traveler.
18. Force Majeure
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. shall not be liable for any failure, delay, cancellation, interruption, loss, or additional expense resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, border closures, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, civil unrest, terrorism, war, acts of God, supplier decisions, or other unforeseeable events.
19. Client Conduct
You agree to comply with all Supplier rules, regulations, laws, and travel requirements.
Disruptive, unsafe, illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant behavior may result in denial of services, removal from travel, cancellation, or forfeiture of funds without refund.
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. reserves the right to decline or discontinue services to any client who engages in abusive, threatening, disrespectful, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
20. Right to Correct Errors
Curated by Aashly Travel Co. reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, informational, technical, or clerical errors at any time, including after a quote, proposal, invoice, or booking request has been provided.
If a Supplier or booking platform identifies an error, the Supplier’s corrected pricing, availability, terms, or conditions shall apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated by Aashly Travel Co., Aashly Santiago, Archer Travel / Evolution Travel, affiliated agents, representatives, and related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to travel arrangements, Supplier services, delays, cancellations, changes, disruptions, errors, omissions, or events outside the control of Curated by Aashly Travel Co.
